‘Space Stations’ at the Vinton Public Library February 25, 6:00 p.m.
Join us for an out-of-this-world adventure on Tuesday, February 25th at 6pm! Kids will design their own spacecraft, build a moon base, and discover how telescopes like the James Webb capture stunning images of our universe. With interactive stations and plenty of creativity, this stellar adventure will bring the wonders of space to life! Designed for elementary-aged learners and their families.
CPU FFA Invites to you to Dinner, Drinks and Dancing
Please join us for a night of Dinner, Drinks and Dancing! The Center Point-Urbana FFA Alumni are organizing a fundraiser to benefit the CPU FFA Chapter. Funds raised will go toward construction of a FFA Greenhouse as part of the "Growing Forward" campaign.The event will be held at Kacene Farms 2510 55th St., Vinton on Friday, February 21, 2025. The Center Point Historical Society will comfort you with chocolate, Saturday, February 8, from 1 to 4 p.m., with a free chocolate festival at the Depot Museum, 700 E. Washington, Center Point. Join the Vinton-Shellsburg FFA for a spaghetti supper at the Vinton-Shellsburg High School on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025/ This is a fundraising event for the local FFA organization. Serving will begin at 5:00 p.m. and run until 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. The cost is a freewill donation (suggested at least $5.00 per plate. Carryout is also available.
